For repairs
to your Clover product, call or e-mail
the factory to get help in diagnosing the problem, and if
necessary, a Return Authorization. If it is necessary to
return the product for repair, we will e-mail you shipping
instructions.
Be sure not
to lose your Qualification Discs that come with your
analyzer! These discs will enable you to determine if it is
working properly, and if not, what the problem might be.
Many problems can be solved without the unnecessary time and
expense of shipping the unit here.

Upgrades
Firmware
updates are available for QA-101, to bring it up to the latest
specs. In some cases, hardware modifications may be
necessary to upgrade to the latest firmware. If you can
perform the modifications yourself, we can send you the parts and
instructions. Otherwise, you can send the unit here for
modification. Here are links to the modification
descriptions and instructions, so you can see what is involved.
