Analyzers |
QA-101

A compact, easy to use, and affordable means of measuring disc quality. It
measures all error rates and provides the ability to make pit geometry measurements using
an oscilloscope. The QA-101 can be used all by itself, or with a PC using the
included QA-Net
software. It can test all disc formats at 1X or 2X speed.
No computer required
Rack mountable or portable
High-performance Holographic pickup
QA-201

The QA-201 jitter analyzer measures the average pit and land
lengths (effect length), standard deviation (jitter) for each effect length, and the deviation of the average lengths from the
ideal values. Information is displayed as bar graphs, histograms and a summary. The QA-201 uses a Philips CDM12
pickup that is the pickup used by Philips and specified in the Red/Yellow/Orange books for measuring jitter. This is the first
affordable jitter measurement system to meet these standards. QA-201 also measures errors
rates and provides HF oscilloscope outputs.
1ns resolution
Excellent correlation to Philips results
QA-301

The Clover Systems
QA-301 CD Analyzer is an easy to use and affordable tool for the
evaluation of Compact Discs. It will test CD-DA, CD-ROM, CD-ROM
XA, CD-I, CD-Recordable, and Photo-CD's. It was developed in
collaboration with a major CD manufacturer, and is designed for
factory floor operation by production personnel. It compares
favorably with units costing many times more. This
PC-based system measures signals relating to pit geometry and
error rates, which are then displayed or printed in graphic form
showing performance over the whole disc. The system produces
alarms to signal bad discs, or trends of degrading performance.
Alarm limits (maximum & minimum) for each parameter can be
set by the user. These settings are permanently saved, and
password protected.
The QA-301 uses the
Philips CDM4 single-beam pickup, as used by CD-CATS and Koch
analyzers, thus providing good correlation with these other test
systems. We can provide comparison data on request. The
QuickScan feature provides automatic sampling of the data at
user-defined intervals, allowing complete characterization of a
60-minute disc in six minutes. Complete software calibration is
included. The system includes a rack-mount industrial
Pentium computer, monitor, keyboard, & mouse.

Duplication
Systems |
The
new PowerTower range of manual duplicators have been
specifically designed to meet the growing demand for operators
wishing to duplicate small to medium quantities of DVDs or CDs by the
most cost effective method possible.
The
PowerTower is very easy to use: Just place the master in
the reader and a blank disc in the recorder and it
automatically starts to copy. Alternatively, you can copy
the master to the built-in hard drive and copy from the hard
drive. The 40 GB drive can store up to 8 DVD masters or 39
CD masters.
No PC is required. Can also verify the results
against the master. Copy from disc or disc image.
8X
DVD Duplicators
Make 1, 3, or 7 copies simultaneously at up to 8X speed.
Copies a 4.5 GB disc in 15 minutes.
52X
CD-R Duplicators
Make 1, 3, or 7 copies simultaneously at up to 52X speed.
